Why your skin needs 6-7 hours of beauty sleep ?

You need 6-7 hours of sleep to help your skin to glow and to feel healthy.

This is why when you visit your beautician they always ask you how much do you sleep per day, do you drink water & do you wear sun block daily?

 Therefore, my recommendation for you is to exercise well or at least move around the home for 30 mins this will help your muscles, blood and your body system to move. This will help you sleep better and makes you skin GLOW! while your exercising during the day make sure you drink 8 cups of water. Lastly, no matter where you live always apply sunblock in the morning (if you live in the ME you need to apply 50 SPF).
