International shipping (GCC): usually takes between 3-5 working days.
Worldwide shipping: usually takes between 7-14 working days.

Shipping policy
All Kuwait packages are shipped by our chosen carrier, a private delivery company. All express and priority shipments are shipped and delivered by a private delivery company.
Ayn Noon is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact Ayn Noon within 3 days from the last date.
Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Ayn Noon is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to the sender. Ayn Noon has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Cancellation & Changes:
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edit or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be canceled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. International Orders:
All international standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by Aramex and are delivered by the destination's local postal service. If you receive any damaged promotional products, please address your concern to eyes@aynnoon.com. If damaged, the promotional product will be replaced by aynnoon.com. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade the shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customers.
